Shipping

♦ Shipping Charge♦

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, the destination, and the number of items in your shopping basket. After you enter all the required information in your shopping basket, our system will automatically calculate shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be calculated.

  • Some products are marked free shipping.  

  • "Estimated delivery dates" include order processing time, plus transit time & do not include Holidays.

♦ Shipping Delays♦

  • Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customers, terrorism, riots, strikes, labor disputes; natural disasters such as violent storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.

  • Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

  • Also, the manufacturer may be closed for certain holidays; we do not know ahead of time when they will be open again as it all depends on the manufacturers.

  • Your order can be delayed if you leave a note in the comment box like 'no signature required' or 'leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home' or 'leave it with our neighbor if no one's home' We do not put those memos on the shipping label.

  • Refused packages, Wrong addresses, and Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a package delivery is returned because UPS, FedEx, or USPS made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, wrong address, or the customer refused the package and sent it back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer's Store Credit or Refund. If you want your order to be shipped back to you again, you may do so by paying the shipping and handling fee again with a "return to shipper fee" which is the amount you paid for the shipping and handling when you first placed the order.

  • ♦Sales Tax♦

  • We do apply sales tax on some purchases.  It depends on the suppllier.

Returns and Refunds

  • ♦Refund Policy♦

  • We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase with original tags and in the original condition of purchase. An item that is eligible for a return must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned with the original packaging. Any missing packaging or tags are subjected to a rejection of a return. All returned items are subjected to a review and approval process; please allow 2-5 business days from the date of receipt, excluding weekends & national holidays.

  • Ineligible Return Items:

  • Any items that are past the 14-day return window (the return window starts when the package is delivered).

  • Any items marked as “FINAL SALE”.

  • Any items missing the tags or appear to be worn.

  • Gift cards.

  • Certain items will be sold and marked “AS IS” or in a damaged or open-box condition are FINAL SALE and nonreturnable.

  • All hair accessories. 

  • All underwear, socks, and stockings.

  • All jewelry. 

  • All books, journals, sticker books, and diaries.

  • All body care, sunscreen, make-up sets.

  • Swimwear without the sanitary liner.

  • Personalized items and gift boxes are non-returnable.

Tips for making returns

Preparing for the possibility of a return can save your future self hassle. To make your experience as painless as possible, follow a few best practices:

  • Hang on to your receipts. Keep paper receipts in a safe spot until you’re sure about whether you’ll need to make a return. For online purchases, don’t delete email order confirmations. Apps such as Receipt Hog can help keep track of your receipts in case you need to make any returns or exchanges (some apps will give you cash back for receipts, too). Always ask for a gift receipt when shopping for someone else. 

  • Keep tags and packaging. Some stores require you to return merchandise with the original tags and packaging. At the very least, having these things will speed up the return process. 

  • Know the retailer’s policy. Most retailers allow returns only within a specific window of time, say 14 or 30 days from the purchase date. Having receipts handy and tags attached may not matter if you wait too long. There’s a lot of fine print in each store’s policy, so it’s best to read it online before making returns — or better yet, before you shop. Will the retailer issue the refund via the original form of payment or store credit? If you’re mailing back an online order, will you pay any shipping charges? Are clearance items final sale?
